Use License: Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Team Stream Solutions' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

General Conditions: TSS may charge 10% interest per month on unpaid sums after 30 calendar days. After 60 days, unpaid amounts may be sent to collections, with the debtor responsible for outstanding payments and collection costs. Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided as is, and technical support is offered via email, live chat widget and, in some cases, video calls. TSS may use third-party vendors. Modifying, adapting, or hacking the service is prohibited. Content and accounts violating terms may be removed. Abuse will result in immediate account termination. TSS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for damages. Additionally, please be advised that any phone number purchased on TSS is leased to the subscribers as long as their subscription is current. No intellectual property rights are claimed over the material you provide. TSS reserves the right to refuse or remove content at its discretion but does not pre-screen content. All pre-loaded, any custom build done by our team are non-transferable to other companies. All intellectual property, including images, text, graphics, trademarks, and service marks belong to TSS. Unauthorized use is a violation of federal law, and any infringement may be prosecuted. Use of intellectual property on other platforms or websites of any kind is prohibited. It is your responsibility to cancel your account through TSS portal by logging in to your dashboard and cancelling. Account subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but will result in the loss of all data stored within TSS. It is advised you downgrade your system instead of canceling to preserve your content. To cancel, login, and cancel in the settings menu. For assistance with your cancellation, please email TSS at [email protected] before your next billing cycle. TSS does not offer any refunds as the service is billed thirty (30) days after you start your subscription, so services have already been rendered. Cancelling before the end of the paid period takes immediate effect with no prorating or refunds. Modification to billing cycles will be handled according to TSS' discretion. TSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, denying current or future service use for reasons of abuse, fraud or other unethical/illegal behavior. Cancellation results in account deactivation, loss of access and forfeiture of all content. No return or refund shall be issued. Every TSS plan comes with a pre-determined set amount of monthly credits for email, text, calls, voicemails and AI use. Said amounts are clearly stated and updated on pricing on website. You are responsible for any additional cost/charges above that amount and you have the option to replenish your credits or pause access to these features. In the event of a billing dispute, you agree to provide TSS thirty (30) days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank. Should TSS receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company or bank on the customer's behalf before TSS has been given a chance to resolve the issue, TSS has the right to charge the customer for its time spent resolving such disputes and any associated fees incurred by this action.
